G-Cube showcased latest version of its LMS WiZDOM v5. The latest release of WiZDOM has a completely new user interface which has set new benchmark in usability and UI design in LMS space across the globe.With over a million users and 100+ implementations worldwide, WiZDOM is quickly emerging as a learning and performance support platform of choice for organizations across the globe. We customized and implemented WiZDOM LMS for automobile giant Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (MSIL).
MSIL wanted a centralized learning platform to fully cater to its training needs and track all training initiatives across the organization. With more than 15000 employees, the platform had to be equipped to meet the varied needs of the large workforce. G-Cube customized WiZDOM per the needs of the client and provided a vast library of customized courses to cater to the learning needs of MSIL employees all over India.
With an easy-to-use interface, the LMS was integrated with MSIL’s HRMS. As a result, learners can fill in minimum details and access the LMS with asingle sign-on. The course catalogue arranges the courses as per the job role of the learner, to aid quick and efficient access to relevant content. Customized reports are created to assess learners from time to time. Managers can even create their own report structure and generate custom reports as per their needs. In addition, dashboards are created and displayed on the Learners’ UI – sharing the most successful courses, best performances and so on.
With its superior features, WiZDOM LMS was successful in reaching out to the staggering number of learners with uniform impact. By aligning the courseware as per the needs of the learners, the platform was able to increase the learning uptake by 40%. This is a remarkable achievement, considering the courses are not mandatory for the learners. Compared to a classroom-only approach, the learning portal was able to make savings of upto 60% within a span of just 2 years. This spelled a positive ROI for MSIL and the LMS was successful in building a continuous flow of skilled manpower for the organization.
