It is now official that G cube has been commemorated with the award for ‘Excellence in Designing Learning Content 2021” at the 2nd Edition L&D Neuro Excellence Awards 2021. The program for which G cube won the award was created for a patient-focused, value-based, R&D-driven multinational biopharmaceutical organization dedicated to providing people around the world with Improved Health and a Better Future.
The learning design for this program guided the way for the development of generic concept-based eLearning modules for medical workers. The learning intervention was centered around a drug that serves as the preferred medical treatment for a complex pathological condition of the human alimentary canal, with multiple symptoms. The end course was to demonstrate how and when to administer the drug, and to let the learner practice administering the drug on a patient in a simulated environment.
An assortment of realistic show Me’s and try Me’s interspersed with prescriptions, past patient history, treatment records, just in time hints, was intelligently built, cemented by strong instructional design, cognitive psychology, and preferred user experience.
