Noida, UP, 1st November 2021 – Festivities had lost its fervor amid the anxiety of the pandemic but this year things are coming back to normal. While there were no in-office celebrations of Diwali for G-Cubians last year, this year the organization made up for all the missed opportunities.
For three weeks G-Cubians came together to celebrate multiple in-office events leading up to the grand celebrations. With tambola, dancing & singing competition, live band etc associated came together to have fun after a long time. Getting over the fear of pandemic, as most of them completed double dose vaccination with HR and Admin team’s support, team members had a lot of fun in the office premises which was beautifully decorated. Social media was flooded with selfies and posts about the activities and the special delicacies served at the event by one the best chefs in Noida.
Keeping its tradition, G-Cube invited Sarthak Prayaas – a Not-for-Profit organization that works with underprivileged children teaching them various artforms like dance, music, elocution, and martial arts other than helping them with education. Encouraged by the founders, Mr. Manish Gupta & Mr. Kapil Gupta, the children from Sarthak Prayaas not only put-up stalls of art and handicrafts along with delicious Himalayan cuisine, but also presented beautiful dance and recitation performances. G-Cubians were quick to buy from the budding entrepreneurs and the founders congratulated Saarthak Prayaas‘s founder, Mr. Umesh Chandra Pant with generous contribution towards their brilliant effort.
Sharing his delight, Mr. Manish Gupta, CEO, G-Cube said ‘G-Cube has always been celebrating festivals together. We have not been able to meet in the last year due to social distancing norms but this year again we are slowly coming back to our normal lives, and it feels great to have everyone enjoying together in office. The presence of Sarthak Prayaas added immense value to our celebrations and we are glad to be able to contribute to their cause.’
G-Cube has always been proactively maintaining the Indian government’s Corporate Social Responsibility related protocols as the very core of G-Cube’s value is that of sharing. Every festival, and every celebration becomes all the more vibrant when it is shared with the ones who have a little less. Diwali celebrations at G-Cube was all about sharing our festive spirit with the lovely children of Sarthak Prayas and reliving the happy moments G-Cubians have been missing due to the pandemic.
