National Award for Excellence in Training & Development 2017

G-Cube feels proud to announce its wins at the National Award for Excellence in Training & Development 2017, by World HRD Congress in the category of Best training initiative for automobile industry and the National Award for the Best in Class Learning & Development 2017 under the categories-Best use of mobile learning technology, Best use of video in a learning program and Best sales training program. The World HRD Congress hosts a plethora of awards to recognize unique and innovative solutions in the education and training domains all over India.

At the National Award for Excellence in Training & Development 2017, G-Cube won an award under the category of Best training initiative for automobile industry for creating effective e-learning content for Honda. The course was designed per the customized needs of learners, keeping them engaged during the entire training program. A comparison tool was used to update training material on regular basis, helping to improve the brand value of Honda.

G-Cube also won the National Award for the Best in Class Learning & Development 2017 in three categories. In the category of Best use of mobile learning technology, G-Cube designed a highly efficient ‘The Mahindra Drona Digital app’ for Mahindra Finance. With this app, the client uploaded compressed content, leveraging learners to learn at their own pace. It created an efficient learning platform for all employees, thereby reducing the training costs and increasing workplace efficiency.

In the category of the Best use of video in a learning program, G-Cube provided WiZDOM LMS as a robust learning platform for Volvo Eicher to cater tailored learning needs. For a better content delivery experience, G-Cube incorporated video-streaming feature via iTube. The platform created interactive videos that were accessible on multiple devices, anytime and from anywhere.

For the category of theBest sales training program, G-Cube designed a powerful sales enablement tool for Amway. The solutions encompassed the use of articulate language style, attractive images, mobile-based content delivery and customized learning.
