It gives me great joy to announce that G-Cube has won Deloitte Tech Fast 50 India – 2010 award. This award takes into account an organization’s revenue growth over last three years, and selects top 50 organizations with fastest revenue growth. With this years award, G-Cube has made it to the Deloitte’s Fast 50 list second year in a row.
Productivity enhancement solutions in general, and e-learning in specific is an interesting space to be in, and this award reaffirms our faith in the growth potential that this field holds. Even though recession in late 2008 and 2009 did have its impact on training and e-learning budgets, in our experience the L&D spends are now getting back to pre-recession level. Clients however are now very cautious and want to derive maximum value possible from their budget spends. In plain English it means – same amount of work within lesser budget.
I believe in such environment, companies that are agile, and are able to optimize their processes and work-force to meet client’s budgetary and quality expectations have huge potential to grow – which is also kind of reflecting in growth numbers of e-learning companies (across the globe) which are changing with the times – be it focusing on rapid (but Not PPT) content development, delivering services via teams that are optimally distributed across the globe, delivering solutions in SaaS model, or collaborating with different partners to provide integrated solutions to customers.
At G-Cube, for some time now our continuous focus has been to find out and implement ways in which we can provide world class quality products and services to our customers at price points which would wow them. This has helped us navigate through the last tough year and a half with good growth, and we are now poised for even better performance in the coming few years. For that, I would like to heartily thank all of our customers who continue to show trust in G-Cube’s value proposition, and all the G-Cubians who are making this possible.
